A big area means your exact location matters.
Amuwo-Odofin runs across very different neighbourhoods, including Festac Town, Agboju, Ijegun and Kirikiri. Two addresses in the same local government can be very different distances from a merchant.
- Search for your own street or estate rather than the neighbourhood, or tap “Use my current location” when you are at home.
- If your street is new, unnamed or hard to find, search for a nearby landmark, then send your rider directions in the app.
- If the app says you are outside coverage, ask to be notified. That tells us where people want us next.
- In a compound or estate, tell your rider in the app which gate to use and whether they need to be let in.

Hand over your empty cylinder
Read out your pickup code when the rider arrives. You can cancel any time before that.
It gets filled
The rider takes it to your chosen merchant, who fills it and releases it with a code.

Follow the rider on the map, check the cylinder at your door, and give your return code.
