How it works

From empty cylinder to full cylinder, without leaving home.

Six stages. You act in three of them: when you order, and when you read out each of your two codes.

Select the gas you need
See merchants near your address and compare their prices. Then say how much you want: type a weight, tap a common size, or enter the naira amount you want to spend.
Place your order and pay
The app shows the gas price, delivery fee and service fee before you pay. Pay by card, bank transfer or your DelivGas wallet, all processed by Paystack.
Get connected to your merchant and a rider
Your merchant is notified and the job goes out to available riders. As soon as one accepts, you see who is coming and can call or message them in the app.
Hand over your empty cylinder
When the rider arrives, read out your pickup code. They enter it, and the app records that your cylinder has been collected.
Your cylinder is refilled
The rider takes your cylinder to the merchant you chose. The merchant fills it and gives the rider a merchant code, which only works at the merchant’s location.
Receive delivery
Follow the rider on the map on the way back. Check your cylinder at the door, then give your return code. That closes the order. You can then rate the rider.

Every handover leaves a record.

A code at each one means you always know whose hands your cylinder is in.

At your door
Pickup code
You read it out. The rider enters it before your empty cylinder leaves with them.
At the merchant
Merchant code
The merchant gives it once your cylinder is filled. It is checked against the rider’s location, so it only works at the merchant.
Back at your door
Return code
A different code from the first. The order only completes when you give it, with the full cylinder in front of you.

What you pay

Gas: The price listed for the merchant you choose, for the quantity you ask for.
Delivery fee: Shown at checkout, for your address.
Service fee: Shown at checkout, as its own line.

I’m outside your delivery area: The app tells you before you order and shows how far you are from the nearest merchant. You can ask to be notified when we reach you.
I’ve changed my mind: You can cancel until the rider has used your pickup code. That is the point your cylinder leaves your hands. Refunds go to your wallet.
The rider can’t complete the delivery: They bring your cylinder back. You give the return code when it is in your hands, and you can then cancel for a full refund or place a new order.
